1. Protection must be used at all times. Failure to do so will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee 

2.Cancellation must be within 12 hours to avoid a cancellation fee of $100

3.A security deposit of $700 is required for each for each doll 

4.Acceptance forms must be signed on pickup and delivery

5. Lost, missing or damaged clothing will be replaced with security deposit
