All repairs are quoted once assessed by our Doll doctors prior to repairs commencing in our purpose built Doll repair facility. All Dolls are washed and cleaned on arrival to ensure a thorough inspection and assessment is conducted prior to quotation. Quotations consist of itemisation of repairs accompanied with photos.
